Misture a farinha de rosca, o manjericão, o orégano e a salsa. Mergulhe as fatias de berinjela no ovo e, depois, na mistura de farinha de rosca. Coloque em uma única camada em uma assadeira. Asse em forno preaquecido por 10 minutos de cada lado ou até ficar previamente dourada.</div>

Espalhe o molho de tomate no fundo de um refratário de 23 x 33 cm. Coloque uma camada de fatias de berinjela por cima do molho. Salpique com um pouco mussarela e parmesão. Repita as camadas com os demais ingredientes, terminando com uma camada de queijo.</div>

Retire os talinhos do morango e corte em pedaços, leve ao fogo baixo, adicione o açúcar ou adoçante e a canela em pau vá adicionando aos poucos água para não queimar em torno de 1/2 xícara de água, quando estiver bem macio, esmague os morangos com utensilio tipo espremedor de batatas, adicione o suco da laranja e deixe cozinhar mais 3 minutos. </div>

Creme de cottage caseiro<br />
1 litro de leite desnatado<br />
vinagre branco, ou limao<br />
sal a gosto<br />

Mantenha o fogo na altura média e acrescente o leite na panela deixando ele aquecer até o ponto de fervura. Assim que levantar fervura desligue o fogo e acrescente 3 colheres de sopa de vinagre ou suco de limão. Mexa ate coalhar, acrescente outra colher de vinagre ou limão caso ele não coalhe. Deixe descansar de um dia para outro bem abafado dentro de uma vasilha fechada e guarde no forno envolvido em pano de prato. Quanto mais abafado estiver melhor será para coalhar. No outro dia, coe em pano de prato limpo, o soro que seria o liquido vc reserve e aquilo que coou que está no pano seria o cottage. Depois que estiver bem coado, tempere a gosto experimentando o sal. Guarde em recipiente na geladeira e consuma.<br />

Modo de fazer<br />

Aqueça o forno em temperatura media. Bata os ovos no liquidificador, o oleo a farinha, e demais ingredientes, deixando o fermento por ultimo.<br />
Unte uma forma com oleo de coco e farinha de amêndoa pequena e leve para assar (usei forma de silicone)<br />
Leve para assar ate dourar ou faça a prova do palito.<br />

3 ovos grandes<br />
<br />
1 xícara (chá) de adoçante culinário (pode usar açucar mascavo no lugar se preferir)<br />

1 colher (sopa) de semente de chia<br />

1/2 xícara (chá) de óleo de coco (pode usar o de girassol)<br />

1 xícara (chá) de farinha de amêndoas (pode substituir pela de castanha de caju - usei de amêndoa)<br />

3/4 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo sem gluten (usei farinha de aveia)<br />

1/2 xícara (chá) de coco ralado<br />
<br />
3/4 xícara (chá) de cacau em pó<br />

180 ml de leite de amêndoas (Usei agua quente na mesma quantidade)<br />

1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó<br />

Cobertura<br />

200 ml de leite de amêndoas (Usei leite de coco, pode ser água também mesma quantidade)<br />

200grs de chocolate meio amargo(utilizei chocolate em po meio amargo)<br />

Adocante culinário a gosto<br />

1 colher (sopa) de óleo de coco<br />
<br />
1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho<br />

Modo de preparo:<br />
<br />
Em uma vasilha, misture a semente de chia, a farinha de amêndoa, a farinha de trigo, o coco ralado, o cacau em pó, o fermento em pó e reserve. Separe as gemas das claras. Adicione as gemas na tigela da batedeira juntamente com o óleo de coco e o açucar, bata por cerca de 3 a 4 minutos. Adicione o leite e bata mais um pouco. Em seguida, adicione aos poucos a mistura de farinhas, coco e cacau em pó e bata na velocidade média somente para incorporar. Bata as claras em neve e adicione à massa, mexendo delicadamente com o auxílio de um fouet. Unte e enfarinhe uma forma de buraco central, despeje a massa sobre ela e leve ao forno pre aquecido a 180° por aproximadamente 40-45 minutos. Retire do forno e só desenforme o bolo depois de frio. Para a cobertura, é só levar todos os ingredientes ao fogo médio e mexer até o ponto de brigadeiro mole e jogar por cima do bolo<br />

INGREDIENTES:<br />
1 xicara de (chá) de kefir ou iogurte natural;<br />
250 ml de leite de coco; <br />
3 colheres de sopa de coco ralado; <br />
3 colheres de sopa de leite em pó desnatado (o leite em pó vai deixar o flan mais suave e macio); <br />
5 colheres de sopa de mel (o mel além de saudável, diminui a acidez do kefir); - usei melado<br />
1 sachê de gelatina em pó incolor e sem sabor (12g); <br />
1/2 xícara de água quente filtrada para a gelatina. <br />

Para a calda:<br />
3 colheres de açúcar demerara ou forno e fogão para ficar mais light<br />
3/4 de xícara de água filtrada.<br />

MODO DE PREPARO:<br />

Unte com óleo uma forma de anel de 16 cm. Reserve.<br />
Coloque a gelatina para hidratar e dissolver na água quente. Se necessário, esquente a gelatina por mais alguns segundos no microondas. Reserve.<br />
Bata no liquidificador por 2 minutos o kefir, o leite em pó, o leite de coco e o melado.<br />
Adicione o coco ralado e a gelatina dissolvida e deixe bater bem até espumar.<br />
Despeje na forma de anel e leve a geladeira até que o flan endureça.<br />
Desenforme num prato e sirva com a calda de ameixas. <br />
Calda: <br />
Coloque numa panela pequena, a água e as ameixas. Deixe ferver em fogo baixo por apenas alguns minutos até que as ameixas fiquem macias.<br />
Adicione o açúcar e deixe ferver até engrossar. Mexa a calda esporadicamente para que não queime e nem grude na panela. Caso deseje uma calda mais fina, é só adicionar um pouco mais de água.<br />
Utilize no flan depois de fria.<br />

1 colher de sopa de uva passa<br />
1/4 xicara de chá de água<br />
1 xicara de chá de aveia<br />
1 banana media picadinha<br />
Meia xicara de açúcar demerara( usei 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar magro-zero)<br />

Modo de preparo<br />
Bata no liquidificador os ovos, a água e o açúcar. Junte a biomassa e bata bem. Se o liquidificador não for potente, transfira a massa para uma outra vasilha e acrescente a aveia e misture bem, caso contrario mantenha a massa no liquidificador e acrescente a aveia bata bem e logo a seguir misture o fermento sem bater.<br />
Coloque a massa em uma forma de bolo untada e enfarinhada leve ao forno pre aquecido. Asse em torno de 40 minutos, utilize o palito para verificar se esta assado.<br />

1/4 de coco ralado<br />
1/4 de pasta de amendoim integral<br />
1/4 de amêndoas torradas (caso tenha a crua, torre por 10 minutos no forno)<br />
1/4 de farinha de linhaça dourada (triture a linhaça para virar a farinha)<br />
2 quadradinho de chocolate meio amargo, picado.<br />

Coloque os ingredientes no processador, para triturar(menos o chocolate). Quando estiver triturado e incorporado, junte o chocolate picado. Pegue uma vasilha coloque papel manteiga ou unte a vasilha com oleo coco. Disponha a massa sobre o papel manteiga e pressione as barrinha com uma colher e alise a superfície.. Leve a geladeira para firmar, depois corte no formato de barrinhas.<br />

1 colher (sopa) de oleo de coco<br />
1 ovo<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de coco<br />
1 colher de cacau em pó ou chocolate em pó acima de 50%<br />
2 colheres de leite de coco<br />
1/2 colher (chá) fermento em pó.<br />
Pode colocar 1 colher (sopa) açúcar demerara ou adoçante se quiser mais doce.<br />

Bate bem os ovos e vai acrescentando os ingredientes, continuando com os líquidos, farinha e deixando por ultimo o fermento. Coloque em uma caneca (untei com oleo de coco para não grudar). Leve ao microondas por 3 minutos (de 2 a 3 minutos conforme a potencia de microondas)<br />

Recheio de beijinho<br />
3 colheres (sopa) de leite em pó desnatado<br />
1 colher de (sopa) de oleo de coco<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de coco ralado<br />
1/2 xicara de leite desnatado<br />
<br />
Dissolva as 3 colheres de leite em pó no leite desnatado, misture os demais ingredientes e leve ao fogo brando até que o beijinho desprenda do fundo da panela.<br />

Geleia de morango<br />
Pique alguns morangos, e leve para apurar em fogo branco com um pouco de açucar demerara ou açúcar forno e fogão. Deixe cozinhado, na medida que for secando, adicione água aos poucos para cozinhar os morangos e fazer geleia.<br />
<br />
Montagem<br />
Corte o bolo em camadas.<br />
Coloque geleia no fundo do recipiente (usei um copo) e uma fatia do bolo. Coloque o recheio de beijinho e geleia...Vá montando até terminar os recheios....Ao final pode jogar chocolate amargo derretido, ou pedacinhos de chocolate...<br />
Pode colocar morangos no meio do bolo também, como na imagem. Use sua criatividade.<br />
